Roberto lives in the hinterland of Monte Argentario. He has a farm with 70 cows, sheep, donkeys and hens. Every morning he gets up at 6, does a round of the stalls, lets the animals out, and while his whole world wakes up he goes to the village to get fresh bread.
He cannot be late for the fresh bread; it is for his guests' breakfasts. On the farm where he lives with his wife, Roberto rents rooms and offers breakfast to the guests when they wake up. Besides the fresh bread, on his kitchen table there is fresh milk from his cows, coffee made with the moka pot, and the biscuits he makes by hand every two days.
In the evening he dines early and offers bottles of Limoncello — also homemade — to the more sociable and likeable guests.
He has a four-legged best friend named Balù, who is the king of the farm. He follows him everywhere and never misses a chance to steal a little food from the property's guests.
