Scirocco Cape

The Scirocco Cape is a distinctive outerwear piece that combines textile research, functionality and a strong visual identity. Crafted in resin-finished Batavia, 70% hemp and 30% nylon, it brings together the natural character of hemp with a technical, structured feel.

Finished with a garment-dyed shady treatment, the cape develops a rich, nuanced surface. Its oversized unisex silhouette balances workwear inspiration, sportswear attitude and contemporary design.

Scirocco was born from a mistake during garment-dyeing: the dye job didn’t turn out as planned, and to save it the prototype was dyed a second time. That gave rise to the first ETNA color variant, now an icon of Origin of Line. In research and development, even mistakes can lead to new, unexpected results.
